Lyrics for an ol’ village song

Crissy Baba Man is a local music singer in Arua. He brings you some of his personal observations about the issues of life in Uganda and their immediate villages. Issues whose breadth and impact might have inspired an ol’ long winded song from the village singer of the olden days.

Polygamy: In my village most children face the disadvantages of being in polygamous families. They get poor feeding and no education.

Modesty Lost: Modern way of dressing causes raping and defilement thus causing over population.

Of Lazy Bones: Majority of Ugandans do not dig making food prices go higher.
